Honing your skills as a first class communicator and
providing you with a clear career development path is
central to the success of our business. We work with
you and your allocated Livewire mentor to identify your
strengths and determine the skills that you need to
improve. Learning takes place over time and comprises:
- Work shadowing and tuition from a senior member
of staff, appointed to act as your personal mentor.
- Building awareness through books, reference material
and feedback.
- Classroom based training relevant to your current
role - be it writing a release, team leadership or
account management skills.
- The practical application of new skills to on-going
activity.
At six months, each member of staff is given a training
budget to spend on CIPR or PRCA training courses of their
choice. The pace at which your career progresses is
determined by you. We're keen to help you reach that
target and become a part of Livewire's future growth.
